A little #MeatfreeMonday tribute to this halloumi with honey and thyme which we enjoyed in the sunshine this weekend. Perfect balance of flavours. I loved the contrast of the sweet honey with the saltiness of the halloumi. Probs even better with fresh thyme but I went with what we had!

Instead of buying each other Easter eggs this year, my wife and I treated ourselves to a box of @doughanddolci Easter cannoli. 10/10, great move by us ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
Well, this was delicious. @goustocooking garlicky chicken Kiev with green beans (and added @marksandspencerfoodpr braised red cabbage that needed using up). Absolutely crazy tasty dish and I was so impressed with the garlic "butter" made using clotted cream.
After a few requests, here's the recipe for the curried sausage rolls I made on Good Friday. They were a hit with everyone and so easy to do! Makes 20 bitesize rolls. Hit save ๐Ÿ”– if you want to come back to this later!
(Ad-gift) Heading into a weekend of actually seeing friends and family for the first time in SO long. I've decided to bake some brownies for Sunday, but I already know they won't be as nice as last weekend's ones from @neverthelesscakes.
