Counting down the weeks til I can resume my favourite weekend activity: a long walk in the countryside and a pub lunch. Can't wait!
(gift) 👀👀 Look at these simply stunning macarons! Handmade by Olivia, the owner of new business @geranium.bakery, they were so beautifully wrapped (perfect for gifting!), I felt excited to open them but sad to ruin the lovely presentation.
It's British Pie Week and I'm not one to miss an excuse to celebrate such a glorious dish! So I thought I'd share with you 5 of my fave pies and a confession...
Here's a nice and quick recipe for you to try this week: blackened fish tacos & pineapple salsa. This was the winner of last week's poll on my Stories and is definitely one of our favourite @goustocooking recipes so far! It delivers on the golden triangle of being delicious, fast to make and healthy, hence being such a hit.
Happy Saturday! If you're after a weekend breakfast treat, I thoroughly recommend this epic breakfast muffin from @s17coffeeshop in Bradway.
(gift) The weekend is within touching distance now! If you're planning a takeaway this weekend, I recommend checking out @seriouslysmokinuk. We did last weekend and loved it! Brilliant burgers served on @thedepotbakery pretzel buns, loads of different fries and awesome sides.
